Perficient, Inc., a digital transformation consulting firm, acquired Sundog Interactive, Inc., a B2B marketing agency. The acquisition is positioned to strengthen Perficient’s Salesforce and manufacturing consulting capabilities, and adds about 100 technology, sales and consulting professionals to the company.
Sundog Interactive, which provides Salesforce solutions for manufactures, has an annual recurring revenue of roughly $14 million. Founder and CEO Brent Teiken is expected to take on a key role within Perficient, along with Eric Dukart, Chief Strategy Officer of Sundog, and Johnathon Rademacher, Chief Technology Officer.
