Alida Appoints David O’Malley As New CRO

david omalley alida cropid 2406922Alida, a customer insights provider and formerly Vision Critical, has appointed David O’Malley as Chief Revenue Officer of their CXM platform, aiming to accelerate its growth in the customer experience management market. The news follows Alida’s rebrand and launch of its new CXM platform.

O’Malley brings 30 years of experience in creating high-performance teams and scaling SaaS platforms for global growth, including previous roles as CRO for Octo Telematics and SVP of TransUnion. In his new role, O’Malley will lead Alida’s sales teams in the Americas and EMEA and manage global partners in enterprise and commercial SME segments. He will focus on revenue generation and customer acquisition through strategically scaling the Alida sales organization and delivering on its go-to-market strategies and processes.
