Silverpop and EPiServer Partner To Connect Multiple Touchpoints, Improve Time To Conversion

Silverpop, a digital marketing technology vendor, and EPiServer, a provider of digital marketing and e-Commerce solutions, announced plans to integrate their platforms. The integration will enable marketers to more effectively manage their online presence and deliver timely and relevant content to their target audience, said executives from both companies. The integration will also continuously connect each individual’s interactive communications and web site experience, drawing from the set of digital behaviors in the Silverpop Engage database.

Marketers will be able to deliver personalized content to the right audience and get a complete view of how the visitor moves through the entire purchase path.

EPiServer 7 CMSallows users to strategically manage their online presence by creating, managing and optimizing any number of sites for global or local markets.  With this integration, EPiServer users will be able to access and work with Silverpop, adding advanced marketing capabilities around lead capture and nurturing. 

The partnership, which originated from Silverpop’s internal use of the EPiServer CMS platform, will make marketing data within Silverpop Engage available in EPiServer’s personalization engine, and will enable users to strategically tie together marketing efforts and improve efficiency while increasing conversion rates through suggested and personalized messaging, officials for both companies said.

According to Bob Egner, Egner, VP of Product Management at EPiServer, the partnership allows EPiServer’s customers to “further utilize marketing and lead nurturing capabilities through an integrated approach, combining the marketing capabilities of Silverpop with EPiServer’s streamlined content creation.”
